In Ibercomp we do not limit ourselves to offer the standard products of our catalog but we can also develop your products adapting them to your requirements so that you do not have to adapt to our systems.

Our R&D department has the capacity and experience to develop tailor-made circuits and equipment adapted to your needs in a reasonable time frame and at a contained cost.

The development of customized equipment is done with your collaboration in all design phases in order to optimize the product and obtain manageable and open systems. In our designs we adopt new technologies and adapt to third party protocols or systems.

This application is installed as a service on a computer running Windows, Linux or any computer with a JAVA virtual machine. Its functions are:

• Communicate in real time with the different equipment in the installation. Parallel computing algorithms are used to eliminate waiting times. This allows us to read and analyze 25,000 records per second while consuming less than 1% of the computer’s resources.
• Remotely update equipment firmware when necessary.
• Perform centralized maneuvers that cannot be performed in a distributed way. Save in a historical database the events and status of each of the equipment in the installation.

• Provide access to the installation to other applications, whether they are our IBFrameworks, IBWebMon or standard third-party applications with ModBus RTU or ModBus TCP connectivity or specific protocol.
• Generate alerts and detect errors and notify the different users.

It is a desktop application for computers with Windows or Linux operating systems that allows real-time monitoring and parameterization of the entire installation.

The application has different user profiles and can be installed in reception, management and maintenance.

The program can not only be installed inside the hotel, but can also be installed on any computer or device connected to the Internet. It is also possible for the same program to manage several hotels.

The application allows you to see the status of any room, a group of rooms, energy consumed, etc., all in a very intuitive way.

IBFrameworks 3 also allows you to view historical information so you can verify if the customer’s complaint is correct or not; if a user complains that the weather didn’t work the day before, you can check if their window stayed open, if the air conditioning was on, what temperature was in their room… all in an easily understandable screen.

In systems with automatic time&attendance control, customers no longer pass through reception; the program has an alert system that generates a warning when a wanted customer arrives at his room. If a customer is not satisfied with the limitations of the system or if it is a personality, the front desk can instruct the room to go into VIP mode for a certain period of time.

The program can also search for errors in the installation, or warn when one occurs. An error can be a blown fuse, a temporarily bypassed window sensor, a button panel that does not communicate properly, a door that never opens or closes, a bathroom that is not used, or in systems with an energy meter, a disconnected or blown light bulb or lamp.

The program only reflects what is in the installation, it does not make any decisions, since the whole system is distributed and the actions are decided in the rooms themselves.

If there were any joint action it would be carried out on the server.

It is a dynamic web page that is installed on the server and allows access to the installation from any browser. Usually it is a browser installed on the smartphone.

This makes it possible for hotel staff to check the installation without having to travel.

It is a very common case that the user complains when the air conditioner does not work. Sometimes the problem is simply that the window is not properly closed. The maintenance staff or even the reception staff can check it without the need to physically go to the room.

The web application allows to request to the system the list of alarms and failures, see the status of each of the sensors, set point temperatures, variables, presence of a client, etc.

Optionally and by means of a password, the program can be configured so that the technician can modify the value of a parameter. The system will record the execution of such a change, so that the author of the change is responsible for it.

It is an application that is installed as a service on a computer with a Windows or Linux operating system and allows access to that computer as long as it has Internet access. Access is achieved by opening a reverse tunnel for each connection to be made to it.

Once this service is installed, the computer will try to communicate with an intermediate remote management server. The client programs will access this visible intermediate server, which will be responsible for managing the opening of the communication tunnels.

You can configure which computer ports you want to leave accessible. Typically the ports used by ModBusServer, database and IBWebMon applications.

In this way, the installation can be accessed from any point with the required authorization.
