CONTROL ROOM

We offer a series of specific products for home automation in hotels. These systems are adapted to every need, being able to control climate, lights, accesses, terraces, blinds, motorized curtains, awnings, … The objective is to optimize energy savings, customer comfort and provide the technical service with tools that facilitate their work.

We offer a customized service, building and adapting the equipment that best suits the requirements. From the design phase to commissioning, we follow up to ensure that all specifications are met.

The physical equipment we offer all communicate with the Modbus protocol, an open standard that guarantees connectivity with any device on the market. All our applications are made in JAVA and can be executed in any platform.

Our system allows:

• Integration with the reservation system.
• Data export.
• Integration with other Modbus equipment on the market.
• Integration with third-party systems.

Our equipment is fully documented and open, making it easy for Java programmers to make modifications, implement new functions or include it in other applications.

The algorithms that we integrate into our equipment are transparent and are described in the as-built documentation of the system. For the realization of these algorithms we take into account the wishes and knowledge of our customers.

To give an example, the requirements of a mountain hotel, a Mediterranean hotel and a Caribbean hotel differ. In the mountains they may have frost problems, while in the Caribbean uncontrolled humidity may damage the rooms.

Our equipment has ethernet connectivity (directly on the equipment) or RS485. It is also possible to monitor and act on them from third party programs and SCADAs, without using our software at all.
