A complete multi-station SCADA software has been developed. This software is fully configurable and can be used both for the monitoring of an installation and for its control. The system is being used in applications as diverse as monitoring of the groundwater system of the Palma de Mallorca airport, monitoring of generators and engines of self-propelled cars or air conditioning of supermarkets.

The system is capable of automatically routing incidents to the various users of the system by connecting to a telephone operator.

• Development of CPU for GPS/GSM control in garbage truck tracking.
• Supply of CPUs for GPS/GSM control of the opening and closing of freight train doors at the port of
  Barcelona.
• Graphic terminal development for vehicles.
• Joint development of 200 series of equipment for the Montevideo police together with OCT, a company in which the University of Valencia participates
• Development of alphanumeric terminal for Fagor electronics fleet.
• Supply of electronic circuits to TMC.
• Complete with CPU for GPS/GSM control as a proprietary product focused on occasional coaches.

• Design and development of a portable data collector for sediment measurement, for a pharmaceutical company.
• In development of a breathalyzer system for automatic vehicle immobilization.

Door control

• Automation for control of single-motor garage doors, traffic lights and lights. The development includes the design of a 492 MHz 2-channel remote control.
• Development of an automation/time programmer for a special 4-motor door in a refurbished building in the old town of Palma de Mallorca with different day and night operation.
• Control of double security doors at bank entrances, with traffic light control.

Time and access control

• Time control equipment for large companies, including RS485 local network and the possibility of downloading data through a
  RTC telephone line.
• Development of a complete time and attendance control system focused on SMEs marketed as a proprietary product.
  Includes development of PC application and stand-alone equipment.
• Development of ON/OFF Line terminal for access control…

Microcontrollers and educational systems

• Development of our own industrial computers based on 32-bit processors and equipped with the operating system
  uCLinux.
• Evaluation boards for 8-bit microcontrollers models 32, 320, 550, 552, 535, 537 and F124. They were used in
  technical universities and some vocational training centers in Spain in subjects related to
  microcontrollers.
• ALTAIR didactic trainer. It is a desk that allows to simulate an automaton and interact with it.
• Microcontroller boards based on PIC18 microcontroller.

Synoptics

• We made for Sinmantech a whole set of modules for synoptic based on RS485 network, including 232c-RS485 converter, automatic protocol adapter, 3 alphanumeric LED display cards of different sizes and a LED controller.
• We developed for the Floria group a synoptic management system based on SPI protocol, which includes a control CPU, display controller and LED controller.
• 6-character 15-segment display governable by RS485 network for SETROSON company.
• Development of ISA alarm control panel, developed for nuclear power plant synoptic in China.

Agricultural machinery

• Developed electronics for control of a retractable vineyard plow.
• Developed electronics for the control of a fertilizer spreader trailer.
• Developed a complete olive tree sulfate control system with plant detection by Sonar.

Production control

• Production control terminal for tomato and bell pepper greenhouses.
• Goods control system using magnetic stripe cards.

Furnace control

• Control electronics and power stages for vitrifying furnaces for tile manufacturing.
• Development of a PID temperature control system for chemical laboratory furnaces.
• Bread proofing oven control system (including temperature and humidity control).
• Temperature control and automatic gluing machine control.

Vending machines

• Euro – pesetas converter that allowed vending machines programmed to accept pesetas to continue working with the new currency.

• Electronics for reprogramming, testing and recycling of AZCOYEN coin acceptors.
• Electronics design for Zanussi juice machine.

Generating sets

• AUTOMAT I equipment that controls a generator set, monitoring its status.
• AUTOMAT II equipment, controls electronic groups, also monitoring voltage, current and frequency supplied.
  It registers faults and has a terminal for user configuration.

Solar energy

• Control system for solar water panels, 3 versions were made.
• Design and development of a European project for a complete solar hot water management system for hotels,
  historical performance control and accessibility via cell phone.
• Design of a control system for solar panels. The equipment consists of 3 parts, a control unit, a user terminal
  and expansion system.
• Circuit design for the control of solar panels in a 1 megawatt installation.

Lighting control

• Created light control system for lamp trade, the system was able to control individually or
  by programmable sequence 512 lamps.
• We created a series of equipment for urban lighting control.
• Construction of power supplies for static LED signs.
• Development of a dimmer based on a robust microcontroller with memory.
  Professional irrigation systems
• Developed electronics for the management of large greenhouses based on modular valve boxes. It has been possible to
  to set up installations with 12,000 irrigation valves.
• Electronic developed for irrigation of small farms, especially orange trees. Hermisan.
• Fertilizer machine controller for Hermisan company.
• Developed set of electronic cards for irrigation controllers.
• Realized complete management system for control of potato farms with protection systems for
  frost, remote control, optimization of water resources, fertilizer management, …
• Developed electronics for control of soil moisture probes.
• Cleaning system of 8/16 filters for the company Urariego (part of the Uralita group).
• Electronics to control hail precipitation in a region near the Pyrenees.
• Remote control of municipal pumps and water tanks.

Power quality control

• A single-phase system for current quality control and recording of voltage outages, deviation of
  frequency (harmonics) has been implemented.
• Development of a system similar to the previous one but three-phase with simultaneous voltage/current control.

Illuminated signs

• Developed display for manual mooring guidance with 42,000 mcd with moire effect.
• Informative signs in terminal C airport Palma de Mallorca. Intercommunicated with each other by RS485 network.
• A series of 20 displays of 1.5 x 1.0 meters, graphics in Rio Besos park in Santa Coloma de Gramanet. The displays are connected to each other by fiber optics and can be remote controlled from a remote control center through an X25 line or from an automaton that is responsible for controlling the locks.
• Temperature/humidity information displays and dynamic advertising for Son Moix stadium (Real Mallorca)

Amusement parks

• Developed for Terra Mitica, through the production company Efectos Especiales FX, control electronics for the show
  synchronized Indiana Jones.

Motor regulation

• Single-phase motor controller with slow start and voltage compensation for constant speed maintenance
  . This regulator has been designed for a leading tool manufacturer customer.
• Single-phase motor controller with tachometric feedback. This regulator has a digital PDI and at this
  moment it is in the laboratory for homologation.
• Three-phase controller for 2500 W motors. It has soft start, speed regulation by frequency and
  braking maneuver.
• Small induction motor controller with wave clipping feedback using a single triac.
