This device is capable of controlling a fancoil with one or two valves, regulating the climate through different modes: Occupied, Unoccupied, Comfort, Maintenance, Direct and Emergency. It also allows the control of lighting in areas such as terraces, courtesy, towel rails and extractors. The MODBUS cROOM ETH CONTROLLER includes advanced capabilities for integration with additional modules for access control, “do not disturb”, facade lights, light outputs and pushbutton panels.
