This device is capable of controlling a fancoil with one or two valves, regulating the climate through different modes: Occupied, Unoccupied, Comfort, Maintenance, Direct and Emergency. It also allows the control of lighting in areas such as terraces, courtesy, towel rails and extractors. The MODBUS CONTROLLER cROOM 1R-IB includes a second 485 connection to integrate with our CP2, CP3 or CP4 consoles, as well as with additional modules for access control, “do not disturb”, façade lights, light outputs and pushbutton panels. This equipment is the most robust on the market, with overvoltage, overcurrent and static protection.
