We integrate with your project, working as an extension of your team. Many times people tend to believe that once the first functional prototype has been made, the product is finished, and that with a few small touches it can be sent to mass production.

The reality is that this is not the case, you are in the middle of the project. You have to plan a complete life cycle and take into account that there may be unforeseen events that will force you to make corrections. An unforeseen event may be the discontinuation
or unacceptable lead times of a critical component.

We will continue in your project for the long term, guaranteeing cost, time and quality.

This part is fundamental, before starting to undertake any project it is essential to analyze and reflect
on the problem, obtain specifications and see it as a whole. This analysis will lead to a technical proposal.

We design and build microcontroller based circuits that can have digital and/or analog inputs/outputs, LCD display, LEDs display, keypad, real time clock, memory, serial communication ports,
ethernet, LoRa, M2M, WiFi, USB …

Depending on the project we use 8, 16 and 32 bit microcontrollers. We make the designs compact using 2, 4 or 6 layer circuits.

• Modbus Firmware
  If you wish, we can add a Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP protocol to your circuits so that you can access your circuit from most standard PLCs or SCADAs.
• Firmware Ethernet/WIFi
  We can also add to the circuits direct connection to Ethernet, which would include Modbus TCP/IP, http server, tftp, DNS client, SNMP, …
• Maneuvers
  In addition to communications, we can include maneuvers specific to the client application.
• PC applications
  We can develop control software applications for Windows/Linux on JAVA and/or Javascript virtual machine.

We design the enclosures of the electronic circuits, which can be injected plastic parts, extruded aluminum, die-cast aluminum, machined metals, folded and welded sheets, …

If you wish, we can manage the manufacture of all the parts.

In the assembly of electronic circuits we use both conventional and SMD technology, which gives us the ability to adapt to a multitude of applications where size, price and consumption are critical.

We currently assemble SMD components (1206, 05, 05, 06, SOT23, SOT89, QFP, PLCC, SOIC, WSOIC, MELF, MiniMELF, …) and conventional (radial, axial, displays, pushbuttons, radiators, …).

We are a flexible and agile company, at any time we can reconfigure a design, changing components or ranges within the same series. In this way with a single design you can have different versions, simplifying the creation of a range of products.

For you this translates into greater profitability by covering a greater number of situations or customers with the same design. We manufacture small series of 50 units as well as series of 10,000 units. Our prices
are reasonable, especially for orders with advance scheduling.

In our workshop we have two complete production lines that can work independently. Our staff, in continuous training, allows us to perform highly qualified manual work, which could be described as craftsmanship, in electrical-mechanical assemblies that, due to their complexity or because they are small series, cannot be automated.

In our workshops we have the capacity to deliver your equipment turnkey, we deliver it assembled in its box, pre-wired and packed ready for delivery to the end customer or installation.

In this way, we leave the creation of ideas and marketing to you, thus relieving you of the work involved in gathering material, searching for different suppliers and assemblers.

Quality is fundamental in our business, so all circuits and equipment leaving our facilities are subjected to quality controls.

These begin with a functional test of the circuit prior to assembly and end with the commissioning of each unit.

The quality plan can be defined by you, creating if necessary a file with serial number, dates, tests performed, tolerances, …

We guarantee that all our equipment works properly. Proof of this are the tens of thousands of equipment manufactured that work 24/7 in different latitudes.
