Ethernet to RS485 converter
It is an RS485 controller through an Ethernet port developed by us.
With this equipment you can easily group our RS485 modules and cards into assemblies (e.g. electrical panels) and control them through an Ethernet network using TCP/IP protocol. In practice, this also means that our cards can be accessed from anywhere in the world via the Internet with the appropriate system configuration.
The equipment can always be configured through a Web browser. It can be accessed by name, not having to know the IP assigned to it. In fact this IP is normally assigned by a DHCP server.
The configuration is password protected. If you lose the password and/or improperly configure the device, you can always restore the factory settings by means of a few switches.
The converter can be upgraded remotely via Ethernet using the TFTP protocol.
