BMS
Both MOPDBUS SERVER and IBFRAMEWORKS3 were originally designed to control and monitor the domotic installation of hotel rooms.

Subsequently, the functionality has been extended so that the suite can also manage the BMS (Building Management System) installation.

Processes can be included in the modbusServer application in the form of modules. These processes will be executed on the control computer. It can also be connected to PLCs allowing distributed control.

Light Control
The illumination of the building’s interior and exterior zones can be easily controlled and monitored based on the time scheduler, the BMS module and light sensors.

It makes use of the time, latitude/longitude, to obtain an astronomical clock that automatically corrects for the change in day length. Additionally, a brightness sensor can be incorporated.

Climate Control in Noble Areas
In those installations where there are different air conditioning zones, each of them governed by a different operating schedule (for example, reception area, restaurant area, etc.), it is possible to control and monitor each of the air conditioners using both our Modbus input/output modules and modules from other manufacturers.

Engine Room Monitoring
By using our Modbus-based field elements over EIA-485/ETHERNET (temperature probes, analog/digital input/output modules, humidity sensors, etc.) or Modbus elements from other manufacturers, it is very easy to integrate the control and monitoring of the cooling and heating production of an installation into the BMS module, due to its highly configurable design.

In this way, all the information corresponding to the installation in the building is available in a single desktop application.
